Question by princessofindiaa: My iphone doesnot show name of the contact on incoming calls.Plz advice what to do?
I am with fido and they have a feature that even if the name is not stored in the contacts;everytime I receive a call it will show the name of the caller.Just like we have a feature on Bell home phones.Now when I changed my phone to Apple Iphone from Nokia N95.I lost this service/feature.Fido says Iphone doesnot support this feature.Any way to fix it?

if the phone doesnt support it then it doesnt support it. I would just drop the feature if its an extra charge.

i have an iphone and it does it!!!
every iphone has the ability to do it, i think its just that you’re with fido. they can’t send the information to the iphone. any other carrier works fine.
