Q&A: Will Verizon Wireless ever get the Apple iPhone?

Question by Kendall: Will Verizon Wireless ever get the Apple iPhone?
I am thinking about switching to AT&T just to get the iPhone but I am wondering if it is even worth going through all the trouble of switching carriers, if in the next couple of months Verizon gets the iPhone. Does anyone know if Verizon will ever get the real iPhone? I know they are coming out with a iPhone look-alike but I want the true Apple iPhone!
Thanks!!!

No. The i-phone is GSM, Verizon uses CDMA

slim chance u might be able to. verizon may switch to gsm in the future if so then u can use the iphone but by then it will be outdated by the iphone 15th generation

taht would have been freaking awesome…

in a couple years, verizon will be looking to change to the new gsm standard… i forget what its called, but iphone will have to upgrade to that standard too.

verizon is the only one that uses cdma in the world, but the company that holds half of verizons stocks is a gsm carrier and are moving to switch it
